Do baby buns go through growth spurts like kids do?

Thistle usualy eats his hay ball all gone once I fill it in the morning and I refill it at least once during the day and and top it off that night. The other day he didnt finish all his hay and was napping quite a bit  The past day or so he has been a P-I-G Hog! lol I fill his hay ball as full as it can take then leave another pile in his potty box he polished it all off before his night time feeding! He gets a little over half a yogurt cup of pellets in the morning and at night along with hay, that lasts him a while and Im slowly introducing him to fresh greens and he is gobbling it all like a vaccum! lol

I think my lil bunners is growin! I see a slight change in his size, his face and his ears most deffiantly! lol

Baby bunnies grow very fast! Otto was 1.5-2lbs when I brought him home at 8 weeks – by 5 months he was 4lbs (which ended up being his final weight). He doubled in weight in only 3 months! That’s a huge change.

They grow so fast. Chacha was a teeny thing when I got her.. perhaps less than a pound in Jan 2010? At her vet appt in Feb 2010, she was 1.5. pounds.
