OUR FORUM IS UP BUT WE ARE STILL IN THE MIDDLE OF UPDATING AND FIXING THINGS.  SOME THINGS WILL LOOK WEIRD AND/OR NOT BE CORRECT. YOUR PATIENCE IS APPRECIATED.  We are not fully ready to answer questions in a timely manner as we are not officially open, but we will do our best.

You may have received a 2-factor authentication (2FA) email from us on 4/21/2020. That was from us, but was premature as the login was not working at that time.

Who: Everyone’s Invited!  Meet adoptable rabbits from House Rabbit Society and Harvest Home Animal Sanctuary
        What: Rabbit Adoption Event!

        When: Saturday, July 17th, 11am-4pm
Where: George, at their new store in Berkeley’s 4th Street Shopping District at 1824 Fourth Street!

Why: These sweet rabbits need loving homes!  Once you see their sweet faces, you will love them already.  Bring your bunny in for a free nail trim or to go on a bunny date with a spayed/neutered rabbit!

Meet Trixie (http://www.petfinder.com/petdetail/16613459), a sweet girl who will be at the event!

And meet Astrid (http://www.petfinder.com/petdetail/16814111), who will be there too – she just loves to sit on a lap and get petted. And her fur is so soft and silky you’ll never want to stop petting her!

And meet D’Artagnan (http://www.petfinder.com/petdetail/16646551) – If you sit on the floor with him, he’ll come over and nudge your knees with his nose and he’ll sniff and WHISKER your arms.

And last, but not least, meet Goldie & Kisses (http://www.petfinder.com/petdetail/16652843) – Kisses is a cuddlebug and loves to be held and snuggled, and Goldie is an explorer bunny – they love each other very much and are looking for a home where they can stay together.

See House Rabbit Society (http://rabbit.org/rabbit-) adoptable rabbits and Harvest Home Animal Sanctuary (http://eastbayrabbit.petfinder.com) adoptable rabbits, too!

For questions, please contact Anne at fosterbun@gmail.com!

        Hope to see you there!

        -Anne

Goldie and Kisses have been adopted!  They were adopted this morning by a really nice rabbit-savvy family – I’m so happy for them, but I miss them already!  Yay for Goldie and Kisses!

This means that Moonshine from House Rabbit Society will be joining us at the adoption event on Saturday!  If you’re looking for an energetic, very friendly bunny that likes to be petted, Moonshine’s your man!

No adoptions today, but it was a nice turnout and we did lots of education work with the public! I think at least 2 or 3 families we talked to today are going to be adopting a rabbit in the future!

Well a few “I want a House Rabbit!” seeds may have been planted so hopefully you’ll see some results from that. So you host these events once a month?
I’m so glad Goldie and Kisses have a new home. The appear to be an awesome pair. I kept opening their picture to look at them.

Yep!  We’re at George in Berkeley every 3rd Saturday of the month!  Goldie and Kisses are doing great in their new home – we miss them, though!  =)  But we’re so happy for them, and now we can take in another bunny (or two!) in need.
