Ever so often lately, past 3 weeks, I guess, BB is down. Something with a string that is not correct in the code. It sometimes takes ages before BB is up and running again.

I get the error on my private computer and my computer at work (not that I am spending time on BB at work...why would you think so? ), so it's not just my computer. Anyone else gets this?

You are right Karla it's not your computer. I've noticed this too. Especially in the last week, it seems to happen daily now. It's actually a simple temp fix so if anyone ever comes to this site and gets that error string message, you can email me personally jenniferATBinkyBunnyDOTcom and just let me know)

We are just in desperate need for an update. It's been a long while since our last update. Just finding the time to do it is our biggest problem. There are only two of us maintaining everything and it means we will need to take several days to focus only on the update, and that's very difficult to do especially lately. But it's becoming obvious that it is a MUST do. So we hope to do that this month.

In the meantime, we apologize for the problems -- again just email me directly to the email I posted above ---in phonetics.. (NOT through the forum message center as I would have to be able to login to do that and if there is an error string message, I won't be able to see the message) and I will be able to fix it within minutes. I get emails on my blackberry, so even if I am not at the office at the moment, I'll be able to get the message.
