  Thank you! I think she came from a rough past, though. When we got her from the pet store (we could NOT resist) she was already 1 1/2. I doubt she was there for that long, and I had been there before getting her and never saw her. Non the less, she was really skiddish when we got her in 08. Now she’s a very healthy & (chubby!) happy Californian, and I love her SO much! She binkies like a mad woman and gets into everything, but..it’s a mothers love

  Ahhh the bunny butt.    I never saw a californian with black on her dewlap b4.   Yep she is a big girl dewlap n all.   Very pretty.    One of her pics her face is to the left and her lips look so cute.
  
  She looks really sweet.    OH joy a new camera .   Yes yes more pics more pics.
  
  When I first got that canon I went video crazy.    Must have put 10 vids a week in .
  
  Those marks on the walls near the floor r those her construction renovation projects?   tehee.

  Omg…love the bunny bum bum!! She’s a chunky little miss!!! Love her markings….course I’m not playing favorites or anything because I def don’t have a bunny with those markings either…. *evil grin*

  Aww – cute butt shot! You’re right Beka, her fur does appear very dense. It even looks like she has the rex crinkley whiskers.

  I noticed those crinkly whiskers too. I didn’t realize that Cali. buns were so similar to rexes.

  Well Californians aren’t really similar at all to Rexes and she does look like velvet.
  
  I bet she is a Californian/Rex mix because she has the crinkly whiskers.
  
  My Californian does not have whiskers like that, none in the past have either. Her whiskers look like my rexes though.
  
  She’s lovely.
