I would also take a bunny first aid kit in case of emergencies… I’m not sure what exactly to put in it, but you could start with papaya tablets (if Bugz and Anya will eat those) a syringe for feeding water/pellet slurry, simethicone, neosporin (the kind without the pain killer), the number of the emergency vet clinic in the area that you’re visiting (or ask your vet if they can give you the name/number of a vet there in case of emergencies)…. umm…. that’s all that I have on hand at home, but maybe someone else has some other ideas for a first aid kit?

Hopefully you never have yo use any of that!

Thanks guys, well we arrived and Bugz and anya are a little quiet but otherwise ok. i did however forget their litter tray so we have made them one and my sister will bring theirs down with her tomorrow. I have a first aid kit and the number of a vet who is not that close but closer then mine so it’s a start, they seem settled.

Oh and in all my rush to move 2 birds, 2 rabbits and 2 dogs in a tiny little Barina i forgot to take my clean clothes with me, thank god i was going home and packed all my dirty clothes so mum is washing like mad so I have something to wear!

I also like to bring a brush, especially if Otto is shedding, so I can brush out the extra fur and it doesn’t end up all over my host’s carpet 😉

I forgot a brush but then I don’t have a good brush for them at the moment. Also as for treats my guys a health nuts they don’t do treats, heck they will eat the top off a carrot but not the carrot it self! I have lots of greens for them and their pellets which they always go for before a treat so I am covered there
