        (Pictured above)

Mikey is a veryyyyy bad dog  I thought I should share with you. Ohhh he looks so innocent but HES NOT! Nooo

He’s dessimated countless pairs of panties and socks, and spruce trees. (I’m not exaggerating) He has devoured and rolled in the remains of  three pillows and two duvets  (pure evil). In fact tonight he killed a fifty dollar bra! BAD BOY!

You might think-he’s taking my stuff because he has no toys! But…noo…he’s putting me in the poor house buying all these toys! I’m even paying big buck$ for horse toys for him (in theory indesctructable toys-but Mikey shows them who’s boss).

And then…there’s this park we can’t go to anymore….Well because Mikey on his six inch little legs….caught a DUCK!!! Not a baby duck, not a disabled or mentally ill duck-a normal duck was CAUGHT by my dog. (the duck was not hurt at all-I freaked out but Mikey dropped the duck who flew into the lake and swam away). I could not believe it.

And I don’t think we can top the ‘caught a duck’ story-so I leave you with the evidence. Bad bad dog

(All kidding aside, he’s a doll……and starting obediance next friday )

Haha, your dog chews underwear too? My dog, Xak, is a beast when it comes to underwear chewing! He LOVES it. We cannot leave our laundry baskets unattended in the kitchen, he will jump into the laundry baskets and eat the dirty underwear! My mom has often shown me a pair of my sisters underwear that my dog, Xak has destroyed. We don’t tell my sister though, she would have a fit! Also I sometimes find a pair of underwear with a couple of holes in it in my drawer…
My mom says that when she picks up the dog poop she sometimes finds bits on underwear in there!

Be thankful he is only chewing them!  One fo the vets I work for once had to surgically remove a Gap (brand) thong from the stomach of a shih tzu.  The owner was so embarrassed when she found out it was her older daughters underwear that had been causing all the problems!

Ahhhh Katnip Crazy thats funny the thong problem lol

Ohhhh bad doggy.   Well once he starts obedience classes for his disobedience he will get it straight.  Hopefully.

He says Ummm doggy mom how about some duck for supper.  You think he wants a different dog food?  Like gourmet duck?

OH my the underwear.   Used to have this puppy years ago.   Our bedroom windows were about knee level.  The dog stayed in the fenced in yard.  When the windows were open he would sneak in and run off with my bras.  I lost 2 pair and couldnt’ find them anywhere.  Finally one day I went to that side of the yard and there they were in all their pristine beauty.   Next to this suspicious looking puppy.

HE would also sneak thru the windows and join us in bed.

Well here’s to bra sand undie’s staying safe from mischievious dog teeth.

If Mikey just lay there like in the photo he wouldn’t be a real dog, my dogs tell me…

This isn’t funny, but my vet once removed an entire towel from the stomach of a Golden. He had swallowed an entire towel.

I think a lot of dog owners have a lot of panties full of holes. I have tons unfortunately. I still haven’t learned, even with the new puppy. My most recent casualty was a lacey bra from Victoria’s Secret. There went $50+ bucks. SIGH. Mikey does looks like a little darling but I can tell he has a naughty side!

Katnip – I almost fell off my chair laughing at your story.

Wow, A whole towel? How did he do that?

My dog would always eat our dirty underwear. I never figured out why but I learned to put the dirty clothes up where he can’t get them.

Which is getting harder since the rabbits have been teaching him how to jump!

Um…am I the only one here who’s blanking at the fifty dollar BRA? 0_o
It better have been trimmed in gold nuggets for that price. Yikes. >.<

Shadow is a chewer. Bigtime. He actually ate one of my hubby’s shirts while he was away and I haven’t told him about it yet. It was his favorite shirt. (Even though you can’t really tell that it was dog tooth holes in it from just normal wear and tear.)

He also had a piece of a tennis ball (one of those nasty ones you get at the store made “for dogs”) in his stomach when he was operated on for GDV. It had to have been in there for about two months.
Oh, and he likes old sweat socks and those nasty used odor eaters. Talk about disgusting. XP I’m surprised he doesn’t have athlete’s tongue.

Ohhhhh but the bras from VS are the BEST and soooo worth the money!!!! Seriosuly, they’re all I buy now! Though my bank account doesn’t appreciate that.

                              KK, Mikey is so cute!!

Teddy Bear is a lab also, and he’s a huge chewer.  Used to be even worse up until he was 3 or 4…. He’s ruined countless pairs of my beautiful shoes, despite my best efforts to hide them from him.   Now it’s just towels and socks and paper towels and napkins…  we can’t give him toys any more, unless they’re balls and frisbees that we’re throwing for hime.  He can chew one of those rubber “extra strong” dog toys to bits in a couple days… in 1-2 hours he can rip the head off a stuffed toy and pull all the stuffing out!

Speaking of naughty animals… I’m laying on the floor with my laptop and Leroy just walked across the keyboard… apparently he had a bit of dirty hay stuck to his feet becasue he left it for me on my computer. =P Gross.

Ditto that! And MimzMum, VS does have a diamond bra, but it’s a touch more pricey than most of their others. Though who doesn’t want a $5,000,000 bra? Of course, that’s not even the most expensive diamond bra they’ve ever produced!

*lolz at all the bra talk* Actually, this is one time I am SOOOO glad I don’t have to worry about that anymore! xD Unless of course, the VS bras are filled with falsies. It’s the only way I’m ever getting into one again! bwahahahaa!

Oh, and finally fessed up about hubby’s shirt. He wasn’t happy.

k&k i feel obligated to warn you – one verrryyy bad dog owner to another – about verrryyy bad dog behaviour at obediance school… when the teacher picks your dog to demonstrate with be prepared for him to poop infront of everyone on the classroom floor… whilst the other dogs are sitting politely beside their owners during instruction be prepared to ignore the fact that your dog is rolling on his back and grunting like a piggy… well… i think you get the idea. you have been warned. lol. good thing verrryyy bad dogs are verrryyy cute!!!

                                    great to see you back

LMAO Ahhh at least Im not the only ‘bad dog owner” hehehe

Our first obediance class is this friday and our first two sessions are one-on-one with the trainer b/c we can’t make the first two scheduled and they don’t restart until January-she actually offered to do them one-on-one for no extra cost! She sounds wonderful and I like her training style (pack leader, no punishment, no treat-training!)

Mikey is a doll in some respects-he does wonderful off leash, plays well with others (we just started taking him to the off leash park and despite his fear of larger dogs is actually playing with even huge mastiffs!!!!), AND we can have food on our coffee table (in reach of him) and he doesn’t touch it!

So he’s a very bad dog who’s a very good dog who’s a little evil
