  I presently don’t have a Bunny but I Love Bunny Rabbits and like to read about them.
  
  I hope it’s okay that i joined.
  
  My Bunny, Sam, was 8 years old when he went to The Rainbow Bridge on January 19, 2006.

  I also love Sam’s photo. i have recently totally fallen for lop-eared bunnies myself as I have two here that belong to a friend of mine. they’re very mischievous…

  I appreciate your liking of Sam’s photo. I fell in love with lops back in 1987. It was my first rabbit.
  
  They are prone to ear infections and Mini and Holland Lops seem to have teeth alignment problems due to their
  
  face being more flat than the typical rabbit face structure.
  
  Sam wasn’t mischievous at all. He was a calm rabbit and never got into a trouble.
  
  He never chewed on cords or anything. He always followed me wherever I was every single minute of every day.
  
  He was/is the Love of My Life. Tears still come often when I think of him.
  
  I haven’t had a rabbit since Sam because I was diagnosed with Emphysema about a month after Sam left this earth.
  
  I can’t do much so another Bunny wouldn’t get the proper care or attention that they need.
  
  Yes, this is a Great place for Bunny Rabbit People (I call myself a Rabbit Addict)

  Hi, well it sounds like you will fit right in here with the rest of us rabbit addicts!!! Even if you don’t have a bun of your own I’m sure you will get your bunny fill here!!!
  
  What a beautiful bunny your Sam was. I love lops too, they are so sweet. I have a white Mini-Lop named Bindi Loo.

  Welcome – of course it’s ok you joined! You don’t have to have a rabbit. It’s really a great place to celebrate these little animals and obviously you have dearly loved one such animal before. Sam sounds like he was a beautiful fellow. I’m sorry your health no longer allows you to keep a pet – hopefully you can share in the joys of having rabbits with this online community. We NEVER stop talking rabbits!

  I had Spockie for 8 years, and he died last December. Well, I found this site in January, and was a member for about 8 months before getting a new baby bunny.
  
  They were very welcoming and comforting, and it was a great place to share all those stories I had accumulated after 8 years of life with a bunny.

  My Avatar Bunny…. Many people has asked me about naming it. I never thought of doing that. Guess I’ll have to think of something, huh?
  
  On my computer all my messages have double spacing between lines. I don’t know how to change that or is it just my computer?

  Wow! Lots of messages here. I replied to one but when I saw all the others I’ll reply to all here.
  Because of my Emphysema I get tired easily so I hope you understand.
  
  All of You are so thoughtful and kind! Precious pics of the Lops. Beautiful!
  
  About Sam’s color: I just called it brown. No special name for it that I know of. When he was young the black area
  on his face looked more like a black beard.
  
  I’m not online every day but I will try to keep up.
