We have been getting numerous complaints about a ton of email notifs being sent from the forum. For some reason they were defaulted to have people receive "instant" automatically. We are so sorry about that. HUGE pain I know.
IF this is happening to you change your profile subscriptions settings - here's how:
Click on your name in the forum (NOT at the top of the right of the site page, but within the member list or from one of your posts)
From there you will see tabs that say Preference and Forum Tracking:
In Preferences, go to subscription type and choose "Disable". DO NOT choose weekly - it is not working properly.
In Forum Tracking - you'll see a bunch of icons to the right of the forum name. The first little envelope icon is what you click on to subscribe and unsubscribe to a particular forum. If you see any green check marks - it means you are subscribed. If you don't want to be subscribed then uncheck.
