On Saturday, May 21st, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the Colorado House Rabbit Society will be holding its annual Spring Fling bunny event. In addition to the fun games and contests mentioned in the above link, there will be lots and lots of bunnies (bring yours!), some wonderful bunny people (myself included), some tasty food, bunny-related merchandise (with all proceeds going to CO-HRS), and a chance to meet the 100+ shelter bunnies.

I went to both the 2009 and the 2010 Spring Fling events, and it just gets better every year. It’s a lot of fun to see all the pet bunnies and their owners. If you’re going to be free on the 21st, don’t miss this year’s Spring fling – you won’t regret coming!

I’ll be sure to take some if I get a chance. I’m still trying to figure out how I’m going to bring both bunnies – I didn’t even have Ms. Rabbit last year, and Mr. Bunny’s old cage is too small for two bunnies to stay in for five hours. >.<

I’m so excited I went two years ago, but had to miss it last year because I had surgery the day before. Horrible timing, I was so bummed. I hope this stupid rain clears out before then; I want it to be sunny for this!
