I want to know how to make a sig, too!!! As far as your prof pic, it may be that your picture file is too large... or not in jpeg format. Open up 'paint' on your computer and downsize your pic... then try to upload. If it's still not working keep making it smaller. Hope that helps!!

Signatures: Forum Preferences (right side of the bar under the forum update notes) -> Forum Signature tab -> Edit

Some people have commented their profile pic did change when they next logged on. If that didn't happen, do as LAZ suggest.
I don't think we can add or edit signatures are the moment.

As for adding pictures in you posts, look in the TECH section for a post by Peppypoo. It's a good little guide how to do it.
