I am having problems saving my signature.  I get an error any time I hit save.  I thought maybe my syntax was wrong for the html code for a picture, but then I even tried just simple text like, "Hi," and still got the same error.  When I hit "save," a new page comes up and says:

Oops!

That wasn't supposed to happen.
Sorry - an error occured

I get that also.

Until the message above disappears, you can consider the possibility that it's on the fix to-do list and is going to be working eventually. If the message in bold from BB disappears, and you are still having trouble, let her know. Thanks for your patience.

Thanks. I had a feeling that might be the case, but thought I would check in case I was doing something wrong.
