It probably means those things are out of stock and is on back order. Binky Bunny is good with letting customers know if something is no longer going to be available thru the store. I'm not sure but you might be able to be notified when something you do want is back in stock.

If you look you will see a link that you can have them notify you when it is available.

We just restocked the store yesterday. We are still a small operation and can only buy and keep so much at a time and every once in awhile after a larger wave of orders we can be sold out of numerous things before I restock -- normally takes just a few days. Most of the items you can click the option to be notified when it comes back in stock. On other items that I have a much more difficult time getting on a regular bases, I just discontinue as I sometimes I am no sure if I actually will get them back in stock and I don't want people to wait endlessly.
