Well, as we all know rabbits are some of the smartest animals, so its important that they have plenty of mental stimulation. I need some toy ideas or something to “challenge” my bun. I mean, for heaven’s sake she HAS to be bored! The only toys she has is some baby rings to toss, cut toliet paper rolls, and some chew toys! Im lost! Lol  Anyway, I feel that she needs some mental stimulation. Any easy ideas for me to try? She’s beginning to get bored of her toys…..Thanks in advance!!!

Pictures would help a lot if possible!

Why don’t you check out the BinkyBunny store? I’ve seen some awesome things there and I’m going to import them to South Africa soon. My Pie doesnt like toys per se. She likes chewing and destroying anything wooden or woven Some excellent advice one of the forum leaders gave me is that buns like to work on projects, like hiding treats under containers she can turn over, or putting treats inside something so that she has to work on getting to it. Our latest project is called mission spare-room. I have a small spare room of which the door stays closed to avoid rabbit mischief turning into real damage. There’s a woven basket in there that she runs to the moment the door opens. So every now and again during the evening she gets all silly and scratches at the door to report for duty. She sneaks in and works on her basket project, and when she gets bored with it and leaves I close the door again. Being able to do something she thinks is naughty seems to have put back the almost-head-binky in her hop. If you can’t come up with a project, have you made castles and hiding places using storage boxes? I’ve also heard of putting hay into toilet rolls, hiding treats under tissue boxes, chew toys that are bun safe (bird cage toys, she chews on those a lot), building a fortress out of boxes and containers. You can also search for ”rabbit habitats” or ”rabitats” to see what people come up with to stimulate behaviour natural to a bun’s day…that is eating, sleeping, and digging holes! haha! Let us know what you came up with!!

To add onto what CK said — I’m not sure if many others will respond due to a month ago it seemed like everyone was asking about toys — but if you sift through old forum threads I’m sure you can find LOTS of ideas. It’s definitely a topic that has come up a lot in the past!
