I just got a new baby bunny (well, toddler bunny?), Zsa Zsa. She’s still a bit skittish around me but she seems to be getting comfortable, one thing I do find a bit strange however, is that she’s been licking me on my hands and fingers. I don’t mind it or anything but I’m just curious if any one knows why this may be happening? I’ve had a pet rabbit before, but I don’t remember her ever licking me.

I’m hoping it means she likes me! :3

from everything i’ve heard licking is a sign of affection.. she’s trying to “groom” you. =]

Yup! It’s a sign of affection and shows that your bunny loves you 🙂 Frankie loves to lick me too, though I find he does it more when I’m wearing jeans or a cotton-type article of clothing.

              Thanks for the feedback.
I’ve dicovered that Zsa Zsa is quite affectionate, even giving me little gentle nibbles in the morning when I check on her.

Some buns are kisses, some aren’t. Looks like you got a kissy bun!
