I recently began bonding my 3 single rabbits (2 girls and a boy). After a lot of car time and neutral time they were doing well. Then all hell broke loose (after being together for a good while?!) and I had to separate them. Because I had already moved my bonded pair into the room the girls were sharing (divided) I had to make other housing accomodations. I set up an xpen, actually is it bigger than a normal xpen and put one of my girls in that. She does not like being in there, but until I can trust them all to be together that is where she needs to go. Well, this morning I went upstairs and Scout appeared to be sleeping in the corner. I said good morning to her and her ears perked up, so I know she heard me. She then sat up and a split second later she started running and ramming into the xpen. She was doing it with such force she was moving the xpen. I was finally able to get a hold of her to get her to stop. What the heck was that all about? I let her run around for a few hours and then put her back in there. She has not done it again. I already have issues with caging, so this just made me feel worse.

She was probably just frustrated about being enclosed in there and wanted to go see you.

How long had your 3 buns been living together before the fight?

They were together 2 full days. Fight happened late the second night.
