 Hi All!

First and most importantly, I'm a new mom to a Flemish Giant Rabbit

  1. Rabbit name: Bunners Bunnington the First(mostly Bunners or Bun-Bun)
  2. Rabbit Age: 4 1/2 months
  3. How long has your bunny been with you? 3 Months
  4. Spayed/Neutered? Not yet
  5. Rabbit Personality Traits:  He's a little boy for sure!  Sweet and cuddly, and then he'll do something MISCHEVIOUS!

I am new to rabbits as pets, and have been completely won over!  A work friend showed me the picture of the big flemish with the man in the sweater and I fell in love with the big feets!  (Photoshopped or not, still adorable!)  What then became an office joke transferred into real life, when my boyfriend contacted a breeder and let me know I was getting a bunny by telling me they would be "ready in 6 weeks!" SURPRISE!  Since then, he's become the center of my universe, the bunny that is, my boyfriend know's hes a VERY close second .  I love love love him, and he is a very rewarding pet.

I didn't realize when they said house rabbit, this rabbit would be the size of a house! :)

Welcome! And naturally, he should be the center of the universe. All of existance revolves around the bunnies, my Monkey bunny says so. As her loyal slave, I bow to her wisdom. And jersey, sometimes I think i never go offline... hehe

HAHAH  He loves coming to work with me.  I work for a software company, and so it's nice and quiet, but everyone loves to step away from their computer screens.

Bunners is definitely not shy either, so he'll go up to anyone that will give him a scratch on the back of the neck for a few minutes.

There is a big big long hallway outside of my office, so when I have to go to meetings he goes to his "babysitters" at the other end and just SPRINTS as fast as he can.  It's hilarious!  I'm sure some people look out from their cubicles and see a bunny hop by and double take!

Here is a pic of him laying down in the president's office.... the pres. used to be a house bunny slave when he lived in London, so he enjoys having him around.

Oh the stories...... lol... I'll have to break you guys in slowly on those.

I didn't realize when they said house rabbit, this rabbit would be the size of a house! :)

I'm lucky and have a boss who also had house rabbits once upon a time so whenever it is vet day, my buns come with me to work.

My bonding quest with Maryann - Read about a less than easy bonding with two buns - but they did bond!

Scooter, I ljust love the photo of the Prez with the bunny snoozing by his desk!

The News Director at the TV station I used to work for had an adorable little white bunny. I never knew it until I saw the Director at the vets office and asked him whose bunny he had.     Back then, I assumed he was bringing it in for one of his grandkids or something, but he proudly explained "oh no he's mine and he's the greatest bunny ever!" Well, that was that, we blabbed about bunnies all the time after that. News Schmews, Work Schmerk....but bunnies....now that's something worth talking about!

Thought I would post some updated pics.  He's getting so tired of me following him around with the camera, but you think he would be used to it by now.   lol

He was stretching so far in this pic!

I had moved the ottoman to play Wii and it was like a whole new house!

This was like the first day he came home.  I was so tickled by how affectionate he was.  What you can't see while he's covering up the camera is he ran up and "whuffled" my hears... (That's our word for tickling with his whiskers)

I didn't realize when they said house rabbit, this rabbit would be the size of a house! :)
