I have a holland lop just over three weeks. I know it's very young but the breeder sells them that young and I have experience raising other animals from a very young age. According to the breeder my bunny, Posey, has been separated from it's mother for 5 days now and eats completely on her own. So far, she's right. I have Posey home and she's eating hay constantly in addition to pellets and drinking water. Her droppings are also very normal and formed. She is also very warm with me and loves to be cuddled.
Everything is going so well, but I just worry it's too good to be true. Is it possible things could just all the sudden go down hill tomorrow? She went on an hour car ride today and obviously it didn't really stress her out. Could she just be a resilient little gal?
Basically, is she in the clear?
