Here is one of the suggested rabbit diets, showing the good veggies and fruits:
http://rabbit.org/care/veggies.html
The veggies I most often feed to my rabbits are kale, parsley, cilantro, romaine lettuce, green and red leaf lettuce, carrots and carrot tops, dandelion greens, broccoli, arugula, radicchio. I'm sure I'm forgetting some. They don't get all of those every day, but they do get 4 or 5 different veggies a day. A rabbit should get around 2 cups (or more) of veggies a day.
Carrots have a lot of sugar, so they should be treated as fruit, and given in smaller quantities.
Fruit should be given sparingly and in small quantities, due to the high sugar content. The fruit I most often give is apple. They also may get some banana, pear. raisins, or grapes (seedless, and I split the grape and take out the little pips of the seedless ones).
